ABOUT US
H & ATS Ltd. is the tax consultancy business owned by and providing the services of Jonathan Hawkes.
In a tax career spanning over three decades that started when Jonathan trained as an FT Inspector with the old Inland Revenue, Jonathan has dealt with all aspects of tax work, both international and UK that impact on business owners and their businesses.
These include issues of residence and domicile, disputes with HMRC both technical and investigations, corporate reorganisations and restructuring and advice with regards to the tax efficacy of investment schemes and structures.
In addition to the above detailed work, Jonathan has represented Clients before various tax and other tribunals, he has had technical Tax and VAT articles published, and he has authored and given tax lectures and presentations to audiences of tax and finance professionals both in the UK and abroad.
